We love this place. Not only is the decor very aesthetic and appealing, the food delicious. This is definitely our favorite new ramen spot. Each broth for the different bowls is so savory and flavorful. Great portion sizes, and everything we have tried so far has been top notch. Definitely recommend the Tonkotsu ramen, and the spicy tori paitan ramen pictured here. The Japanese fried chicken appetizer is also wonderful, we get that every single time. When you go in you order on a screen, take a number and sit down. The booth seating feels very private and is very kid friendly.

Got the Tonkotsu Ramen and wasn’t disappointed! The broth was incredibly rich, egg cooked well, and the meet was pretty tender. The ordering experience was also seamless as they have a digital self checkout experience which also helps with understanding all of the options available for customizing your recipe. Outdoor seating is available and the overall vibe is great ad a result of being within the eighth street market. Would highly recommend checking this spot out!

Had a delicious meal today at co-op. There are so many options and it is all made to order, so it easy to please everyone. The bonus is the really fantastic art piece when you enter (I didn't take a picture because you need to see it in person to appreciate it) and the moss wall. The staff are friendly and helpful, and our food was delicious!

CO-OP is the real deal. The ramen is packed with flavor, the price is solid, and when I asked for extra spicy they didn’t hold back! Super satisfying and hits all the right notes. The best ramen bowl I’ve had in a while.

Wow! Had a seafood Udon bowl that is only around for a couple more weeks—it was incredible! I asked for an extra lemon and was given one by one of the line cooks, Tooth. He was extremely gracious in our interaction and it genuinely made my day better! He let me know that he wrote the recipe, and I was thoroughly impressed. Amazing experience and service.

Used to frequent place when I was in high school and I brought my boyfriend here for a Valentine’s Day lunch. It was SO good and so much better than I remembered. We feasted on the beef ramen, spicy chicken ramen, 2 orders of the crispy Brussels, the cucumbers, 2 baos, and edamame. We had enough for leftovers. We can’t wait to bring friends next time.

Loved this spot. Friendly and informative service. Ordering was so convenient. Food was absolutely delicious. The cucumbers were amazing and the pork bao buns are EXCEPTIONAL. Parking was hard though, but no fault to the business. I left happy and would definitely come back

We always make a point of having a meal at the CO-OP when we're in the northwest corner of Arkansas — first-rate ramen, nice staff who are friendly and courteous, and pleasant low-key atmosphere. It's enjoyable to eat in little booths separate from other diners, with murals on each wall (photos below). And the food couldn't be better. We had spicy tori paitan ramen and spicy miso tonkotsu ramen last evening and both thought our bowls were delicious (photos below).
